Here at PREMIER SUITES Bristol we are delighted to announce that we have just launched PREMIER SUITES Well being as an initiative to allow guests to reach their health and wellness goals while travelling away from home.
We appreciate how hard it can be to focus on your well-being when you are travelling and are away from home. We have taken this on board and have created Well-being to help you stay motivated and disciplined. Our Well-being website includes a training plan, focusing on mobility and resistance exercises, created by our one and only certified personal trainer Ronan Mee.
His plan takes into consideration all abilities and requires minimal, and in some cases no equipment at all.
Love our exercises and want to follow them regularly even when not staying with us? The dedicated PREMIER SUITES Well-being website allows you to not only watch and follow each exercise as it is performed by Ronan, but also download a PDF card of each exercise, allowing you to perform it at our own pace and from any location!
So, go on give it a go, working out has numerous benefits including reducing stress, enhances sleep and increases energy levels. If you feel you haven’t got time to go to the gym but want to stay in shape, this is a great way to stay on track while you are away.
Plus, we have a well-being area in reception. Guests can avail of complimentary towels, fruit and water here as well as having the option to purchase an exercise mat. Running maps of the local area which cater for runners of all levels of ability and fitness are also available free of charge should guests decide to explore the city on foot.
The exercise programme is just the first step in what we hope will be an all-round well-being programme for guests of PREMIER SUITES.
